Anabolic muscle building cookbook review

I peronally enjoy reading health and fitness ebooks which helps me increase my work industry knowledge and everyday people have new ideas about fitness and health. I personally have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years and I am also a body builder myself.

The ebook Anabolic muscle building cookbook is written by Dave Ruel, who is professional body builder at  the age of 25 and recently just won the "Amateur Bodybuilder of the week title" you can pretty much say he is at the peak fitness shape in his life at the moment.

Which I have purchased this ebook myself and found it quite interesting, as fitness trainers all know that in order to successfully achieving in your training target goals, you must participate and be strict on three things, one is "the right weight program", two "the right amount of cardio" and the main role "the nutrition side of food". We all know when it comes down to dieting it breaks us down to endless boring food which will eventually make us feel like not wanting to eat, or wanting to give up and eat the fatty food again. However, in this ebook it actually provided me with more than 200 recipes which gave me a big range of food choices for me to provide to my clients when I do their nutritional feedback consultation. The most interesting part was, the food are actually not those boring kind of food you usually will get such as "boiled chicken breast with steamed vegetables, etc" Instead if offer us recipes like Tangy Thai Chicken, almond coconut bars, etc and at the same time it is still a good meal to intake during strict diet time. To be honest with you I am not a good cook myself, I prefer eating out or getting my wife to make me my meals, but the recipes inside are actually surprisingly very easy to manage and cook.

I have two kids, one boy, Nicolas and one girl, Samantha and trust me kids are really picky on their food, I always have trouble making my children eat the food they are suppose to eat and I want my children to have a healthy life because I see my 11 years old Nicolas having great potential in martial arts already, so I plan his diet very carefully for his future sporting career or life, but Nicolas is just a pain in the neck! he does not like meat, so I found other ways of giving him protein diets, I gave him some sort of protein bars for him to take after training and he hates it and refuse to eat it and once he actually cried and said to me "Dad can you please stop forcing me?" I just replied him "Is for your own good son." He puts on his sad face on and eats the bar. But inside this cookbook I got the recipe called "high protein fudge bars" and my son loves it, hes actually asking me to make more for him, so I was very impression with this particular recipe and I personally think it was quite creative as well.

In Anabolic muscle building cookbook, you get 200+ recipes of decent recipes which are quite creative and tasty, they are very close to food that we will normally eat when we are not on diet. They can be easily made as well. Inside the pack it also provide a meal time planner, and tells you what to eat and when to eat. For amateur cooks like me I found this quite useful, it provided me with a virtual cooking class, teaching me different cutting techniques and different cook methods which I personally find quite enjoyable and useful. I also gave my wife a good laugh about this as well. The best part of this ebook was the cheat meals management, by cheat meal Dave Ruel is referring to the meals we go out and eat, those are often the fatty type of meal which cause us to fail to achieve the goals, it provided me a lot of tips when eating out what you avoid, what's a okay to eat etc. It was extremely useful. If you ask me if this ebook worth its price? I will say definitely and if you ask me how much will you rate this ebook I will give it a 4/5 stars.
